Non-Executive Directorships

Currently Tessa serves on five Boards that are personally meaningful and create value in her leadership practice. She is a Non-Executive Director with Catalyst (an independent, not-for-profit science and technology hub focused on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Northern Ireland) and The Mount Charles Group (the largest family-led, indigenous support services business in Ireland).

She is also Vice-Chair of Queen’s University’s Foundation (a charity that generates philanthropic support for the university’s ambition to shape a better world through education and research) and serves on two other charities – SistersIn (which enables, empowers and develops female students to become leaders) and Derry’s International Choir Festival (which promotes and develops choral music locally, nationally and internationally).
